Role Description
We are actively seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated Account Executive to join our team in selling same-day courier services across the Houston market. This is a full-time hybrid role. The Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting and identifying new leads, developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Cold-calling potential customers, prospecting for accounts, and generating leads
- Scheduling and attending meetings
- Developing effective solutions to customer problems
- Keeping organized records and tracking progress toward business goals using a CRM
- Managing relationships and providing exceptional service for customers
- Provide proactive communication internally and externally
Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the Greater Houston area and market trends
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field required
- Previous sales experience highly encouraged
