Others are Do It Yourselfers (DIYs) and only want a new sofa, television, or swing set delivered to their front curb. Still, others are in between – they want the security of a delivery into their home, but don’t have the time to wait for unpacking, setup, etc. Recognizing this, we offer three service levels, so your customers receive a best-in-class experience every time.

This is full-service delivery and includes scheduled appointments, unboxing, setup of delivery items, and disposing of packing materials. We can even haul away the old furniture, television, etc. that they just replaced. This service is the ultimate in convenience.

This service is for those consumers who want deliveries into their home, but prefer to do the setup and disposal themselves. We will deliver the purchased item into the home to their room of choice. Threshold
This service is for those consumers who want deliveries into their home, but prefer to do the setup and disposal themselves. We will deliver the purchased item into the home through the front door. Basic
Finally, this service is for the Do It Yourselfers. We will safely deliver the item from our warehouse to the consignee’s front door, outside the home.
