2016
We brought Prime Delivery into the Hot Shot Final Mile family, increasing our delivery bandwidth and service diversity. This move strengthened our ability to meet the growing demand for rapid, scalable delivery solutions.
December
2017
We acquired Dependable Express LLP, a respected courier and delivery company serving the San Antonio and Austin markets. This acquisition allowed us to expand into Central Texas with a trusted brand and an experienced team that shared our values for on-time performance and customer service.

2018
We acquired Meteor Couriers Inc, a Dallas-based logistics company known for its strong regional presence and operational efficiency. This gave us a powerful footprint in North Texas and added deep industry experience to our team.

2022
We launched operations in El Paso, Texas, extending our delivery capabilities to the far west of the state. This expansion was a strategic move to provide customers with comprehensive same-day solutions throughout all major Texas markets.
