I was searching for a place that I could stored and distribute my merchandise and this place really stood out. I was invited for a tour of the warehouse and was intrigued by how they handled other customers items. I was introduced by 2 gentlemen by the name Joseph and William who were very respectful and professional people. Without a doubt, this has been my go to for a cost effective while very reliable service you can count on. No complaints so far on my end!

I was initially hesitant to use Hot Shot’s services due to some of the previous reviews, but my experience has been nothing short of outstanding. I’ve now shipped two containers to their warehouse, and each time the team has carefully unloaded the items and coordinated timely deliveries to my clients’ homes. They are prompt, courteous, and highly communicative throughout the entire process. The delivery crew consistently goes above and beyond. One delivery in particular involved navigating low-hanging tree branches that made access difficult. Rather than giving up, the team removed each item from its crate and hand-carried everything to the home—true dedication to customer service. Brandon at the warehouse has also been a huge help and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I’m very grateful to have found a reliable partner in Hot Shot.

I’ve been working with Hot Shot Final Mile for 10 years now and they have provided me with excellent service and the staff there is always very helpful. Ledell and Larry are especially helpful with quick turnaround times. I use them for warehouse storage and their pricing is very competitive as well. I would definitely recommend them.

I wanted to purchase a couch that needed pickup from the store. As a sedan owner, that wasn’t an ideal option for me. The store recommend 3 companies who could help, and I called Hot Shot. Chris quickly returned my call on a Saturday evening, sent me a quote, scheduled the pick up, and had an extremely professional team of 2 drop off my couch in my living room by midday Monday. This was the easiest and friendliest team of people I could’ve worked with, and I would recommend them to help anyone in need of large pickups and drop offs.

I too read all of the negative reviews and this was not my experience at all. Lorena at Hot Shot was very helpful in confirming that our shipment was on the way and coordinating delivery of our shipment the day after it arrived with them from Wisconsin. The driver Domingo called when he was on the way and used a pallet jack to unload the 600 pound shipment, brought it down our driveway and into our garage, when the shipper had only paid for curbside service. Very good communication and great customer service.

I've seen many bad reviews of this company, but my experience was perfect. I contacted them a couple of times by phone to confirm the likely delivery date and time. Very polite and helpful every time. The delivery came in the window promised. It was a large package of garage cabinets, well packaged on its own pallet and they quickly got it off the truck and placed it where I needed it in the garage. Very happy with the service and their approach.
